We coordinate weddings from start to finish and also offer a-la-carte services with the following packages:

Royal Wedding Package

For Brides and Grooms with busy schedules or those who would rather leave the detailed planning to the professional, this package offers full-service coordination from “Yes I will marry you,” to “I do” as follows:

  • Coordination of wedding/reception from beginning to end.

  • Negotiate and review all contracts and payments.

  • Assistance with all parties and rehearsals, ceremony and reception venue selection, bridal party attire, floral/decorator services, photographer/ videographer selection, meal/dessert tastings, honeymoon destination selection, and travel.

  • An aide with gifts for the bridal party and favors for attendees

  • Unlimited phone/email contact.

    $75/hour up to 150 hours.

Sapphire Wedding Package

This package is best suited for the savvy Bride and Groom who will need professional services two months before the special day. You start the work and we will expertly showcase your vision making your wedding pleasantly memorable with the following services:

  • Day of coordination service.

  • Meet with bride and groom 3-4 weeks from the date of the wedding.

  • Solidify vendors, collect contracts, make payments, and coordinate all-day events.

  • Unlimited phone/email contact.

    $75/hour up to 25 hours.

A la Carte Services
